CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us over at The Hair Lounge and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 24-48hrs notice for cancellations. Any cancellation notice that is made less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service.
